You re-upload the same artwork. We deleted our copy after seven
days, as promised. We kept a fingerprint of it — not the image — so we can
confirm it is the same book. A rebuild covers a changed page count, not a
changed cover; new artwork is a new order.
Everything else stays as it was — layout, tagline, back copy,
trim, paper. Only the spine width changes.
